Welcome to M&B Heating Solutions. By using our services, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product through our website or associated platforms (including our Gas Engineer Software system), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.


1. Company Information

M&B Heating Solutions is a UK-registered business providing heating, plumbing, and boiler services to domestic and commercial customers.


2. Services Provided

  • Boiler installation, servicing, and repairs

  • Central heating installation and maintenance

  • Plumbing services

  • Emergency call-outs (subject to availability)

All services are carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with UK Gas Safe regulations.


3. Quotes & Estimates

  • Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change if additional work, parts, or labour are required.

  • Final costs will be confirmed prior to completion of work.

 


4. Payments & Deposits

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Deposits may be required for larger projects, such as boiler installations.

  • Payment must be made in full upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved third-party finance providers.

 


5. Use of Third-Party Lenders

We may offer finance options to eligible customers through approved third-party lenders. By applying for finance:

  • You agree that M&B Heating Solutions may share your personal and contact details with the lender for the purpose of processing your application.

  • We will only share information necessary to facilitate the application.

  • M&B Heating Solutions does not control the decision-making process of third-party lenders and cannot guarantee approval.

  • Any finance agreement entered into is strictly between you and the lender. You should carefully read and understand the lender’s terms before signing.

 


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.

 


7. Warranty & Liability

  • New boiler installations typically include a manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by model).

  • M&B Heating Solutions provides a workmanship guarantee of 12 months on completed work.

  • We are not liable for damage or costs arising from:

    • Misuse of appliances or equipment.

    • Failure to follow maintenance instructions.

    • Pre-existing faults not disclosed at the time of service.

 


8. Use of Gas Engineer Software

  • We use industry-recognised Gas Engineer Software to manage bookings, service records, and safety certificates.

  • By engaging our services, you consent to the secure storage of your information in this system.

  • All data is handled in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.

 


9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  • Personal data will only be used to provide services, issue certificates, manage bookings, and where necessary, share with approved finance lenders (see section 5).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
